- thoughts i had the other day -
It became apparent to me that tradition was just "mans" invention. Religion is A. a way to help explain what was not understandable, and B. a power of hope. ( i just feel i should mention that i was brought up Catholic and Do believe in God - though was is taught about the idea of God is what i feel could be incorrect due to the general flaw of man. When it the 3 elements is correct as had been taught with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit- but the labels are what is wrong. What if it is more along the line of Mind, Body, and Soul, Soul being and energy, the Body is our capsule, and our Mind which is a link to the 3 and also our channel to "God" I was told once by someone that the greatest gift Humans were given was the power of Choice- What if our Minds have a much greater power then we have thought. What if our minds have the ability to do so much more then? If everything consist of energy and our thoughts are energy and enough brain stimulation from enough people can generate the "birth" or creation of an idea to a real tangible or process/series of events to have a completed product of idea. How has "Man" been able to survive over the elements and from his own kind? I believe his thoughts, his brain activity, brain waves, gave birth to solutions that become reality. What if "GOD" is a an energy that is All. but as energy goes there needs to be a perfect balance. If there imbalance then there are side effects. In a sense, good things happen and bad things happen. I feel that if there ever is overload of good things then the balance is off and large happening of something negative is needed. This can be handled by doing something bad on a smaller scale or vise versa. As far as Prayer goes, as i mentioned earlier, heavy concentration- meditation - mantras- anything that consists of thoughtwaves/ high brain activity will have a Reaction/ a creation. Man created words, words describe what we interpret, but does that make those words true?
